If your photo does not meet the following criteria we will delete it and you will have to redo the process again. Any tickets purchased would be refunded if you fail to comply.

1. Image file must be in .jpg, .jpeg or .png format.
2. The picture must be of you.
3. Your face must be clearly visible.
4. No other faces must be in the picture.
5. You can only use your picture for one account.
6. Size of image should be equal or less than 4MB.
7. Profile image dimensions Min. 200 x 200 required.

While we utilize automated means to validate the photo selected they are not final. We audit the images manually and can reject submissions that do not comply with the aforementioned criteria.
